Sample Sunday lunch menu 12pm-5pm Every Sunday

Starters-  *homemade soup of the day, crispy croutons, warm bread 

*Fish pate topped with prawns and smoked salmon with a lemon mayonnaise and melba toast 

*Creamy wild garlic mushrooms on toasted baguette with dressed salad leaves

Warm brie wrapped in parma ham with a cranberry and orange dressing.

Mains-

*Brisket of highland beef cooked in claret with mushrooms and onions topped with a Yorkshire Pudding

*Holker estate venison casserole with root vegetables topped with horseradish dumplings

 *Pan fried chicken supreme with Cumberland stuffing wrapped in bacon with gravy and cranberry sauce

*Roasted vegetable and brie strudel on a tomato and basil sauce

 *Baked fillet of Scottish salmon topped with tomato wrapped in puff pastry with lemon

Selection of homemade sweets-
