Set in 2 acres of private grounds Hampsfell House has eight well appointed en-suite

bedrooms most with woodland views or views of the garden. Rooms feature TV's,

hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking is available. Free

internet access is available in the public areas.

There is a comfortable lounge with a log fire in winter for guests

to relax in, and two acres of garden to wander and explore.

Thereare also many stunning walks near by, through Eggerslack wood to the top of the

fell or over the fell to Cartmel Many guests visit purely to walk up Hampsfell

itself, to discover the breath-taking views it offers. On a clear day you can

see right across Morcambe bay and the surrounding area.

Once on top of the fell you can rest awhile in the stone hospice and read the poems

left by Edwardian and Victorian visitors.We

pride ourselves on using all local ingredients freshly prepared daily. Any

allergies or special dietary requirements can be accommodated. We offer free

parking for cars and cyclists. Very good location for Cartmel Races and the

Flookburgh steam fair.

Please be aware that all bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs.

 Make sure you Book directly through our website to receive 10% discount off your stay (excluding Saturdays) we just take  £25.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with the rest payable on arrival



Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only and are charged at £10.00 per night per dog
